Confucianism’s Analects
Restoring the true meaning of the Analects, learning the wisdom of interpersonal relations, personnel management in the Analects, and the qualities leaders must possess.

The Book of Changes (I Ching)
Through studying the ideology of the hexagram “The Receptive”, and applying the wisdom of the Book of Changes in career and family.Why is it necessary to have like-minded individuals? Why is cooperation needed? How should we cooperate with others?

Meditation
Why do contemporary cognitive scientists and evolutionary psychologists use neuroscience experiments to study meditation and introspection? How does it benefit our lives? How to start meditation correctly? With the life experiences in this retreat will help us find the meaning of life.
