This will be a profoundly enriching meditation experience, not only focusing on relaxing the body and releasing tension and heavy burdens but also delving into the karmic relationships from this life and past lives on a spiritual level. We will gradually untangle these attachments and guide the mind toward peace and truth. Whether during the day or night, through the study of stories and teachings, we will expand our thinking and help ourselves see the true nature of life.
By integrating the wisdom of The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, we will explore the cycle of life and death, understanding how to find liberation and freedom within the gaps between life and death (the “bardo”). This is not only a special method tailored for Western practitioners but also an opportunity for deep spiritual insights and bodily relaxation. It allows each individual to find peace and the seed of awakening deep within their heart.
Whether you are facing confusion in life or seeking a deeper level of awakening, this retreat will offer a path toward freedom and wisdom. It is suitable for all age groups.
