The bardo states are allcontained within our minds that they can be revealed and freed through the bardo practices. These teachings come from the wisdom mind of the buddhas, who can see life and death like looking in the palm of their hand.

The cost for food, drinks, and accommodation for the five days is free due to the support from previous students.
Meals: We provide nutritious, organic, plant-based breakfast and lunch daily. No dinner is provided.
If you are concerned about feeling hungry in the evening, you may bring your own snacks.
Accommodation: Participants will stay in shared wooden cabins, with two people per room. Each room has separate beds and a private bathroom.
Retreat Environment: The retreat center offers ample space for reading, solitude, and relaxation on open lawns.
Retreat Guidelines: Participants are required to stay at the retreat center for the entire duration and are not allowed to leave.
Noble silence must be observed throughout the retreat.
